Delivery

The Orders will be delivered to any point in the Portuguese national territory (Mainland and Autonomous Regions), and in Spain through the CTT delivery service, with the postage value identified after the Order.

The Order will be sent to the CTT post of the address indicated for delivery.

Orders are dispatched, except for reasons of force majeure, on the business day immediately following the order, when the products are available for delivery.

RAIZA may opt for another form of delivery, depending on the geographical location of the delivery address.

The value of the cargoes is mentioned after the act of the Order, the value will depend on the number of products purchased and their weight.

Shipping cost is calculated on a case by case basis, depending on the weight and volume of the order, please contact us.

Payment methods

At the moment and although we are studying other forms of payment to implement in the future, payment of the entire Order will be made by:
- Bank transfer

- Payment by ATM or Homebanking (Portugal only)



The data to make the bank transfer will be sent by email after the order has been placed.

In the absence of availability of the product, Raiza undertakes to inform the User and to reimburse the User for any amounts he may have paid.

Orders will be automatically canceled if payment is not made within 72 hours.


Warranty conditions

The articles or products marketed in the Shop are warranted (unless otherwise indicated) against manufacturing defects. Any defects that may arise, within the warranty period, in any component are considered to be manufacturing defects.
Any compensation for personal or material damages that may be caused directly or indirectly by the articles and products marketed is excluded.
Negligent use of same or consequences arising from maltreatment in transportation, use and / or deficient installation are not considered manufacturing defects.
The warranty period will come into effect after the invoice date of sale of the products / articles.
The repair or exchange of products / articles will be made preferably (and free of charge in case of guarantee) in our technical services.
The cost of transportation of the articles or products to our facilities is the responsibility of the customer.
In the absence of any anomaly claimed by the client, RAIZA may charge the Client the amount equivalent to 25% of the value of the article or product in question, expenses resulting from the necessary anomaly evaluation.
The products / articles immediately lose their warranty rights if they are modified or altered by third parties, when the serial number has been removed or if it has been repaired by another person, not authorized by our services.
