Bath Herbs Cleaning

HOW TO USE 1: Boil the herbs in a liter and a half of water, when it boils, strain and let it cool. When the preparation is warm place it in a container and pour half on the front of the body and the other half on the back (always from the neck down). Let the body dry naturally without using towels or, if not possible, dry it on a white towel but WITHOUT rubbing.

HOW TO USE 2: Fill the bathtub with very hot water, put 2 HERB PACKS in that water and let it act for about five minutes (CAUTION: check the water temperature in order to prevent any type of burn). Then do an immersion bath for as long as you think it is convenient, always thinking about the goal you want to achieve. Finally, let the body dry naturally without using towels or, if not possible, dry it on a white towel but WITHOUT rubbing it.
