Rhodonite promotes love and compassion and is therefore a powerful healer for emotional and physical wounds. Also, it is a good "accident first aid" stone that soothes and helps keep a cool head during shocking or extreme events.
Gray quartz purifies negative energies and helps balance relationships. It is known to help recover from fatigue and recharge the inner battery.
Spiritual and symbolic meaning of the feather
It is a common belief within different religions that the feather symbolizes overall spiritual evolution. The feather represents strength and growth, as well as hope and freedom. The feather symbolizes faith in ourselves and in the universe. As humans, we often fantasize about spreading our wings to fly and feel free. In Christianity, the feather symbolizes the connection with heaven.
Japamala
The Japamala is used in Hinduism and Buddhism for prayer and meditation, in particular, it is used to count mantras during meditation. A mantra is a collection of prayers, often in Sanskrit, that are repeated many times, according to tradition 108 times. While repeating a mantra, one focuses on the meaning and vibration of the recited words; better if recitation is combined with visualization. By training in a meditation practice, our thoughts calm down and our body relaxes. Today, a mala is also used as a simple accessory.
