Fourth cover: This is a book that brings the essence of the forests, the breath of an ancestry that was lost and should never be forgotten. It shows the awakening of consciousness and the attainment of health in the body, mind, heart and spirit with the help of herbs, from nature, which are a divine gift for our well-being and the healing of the planet.
This work is the remembrance and recovery of ancestral wisdom. It brings more than 100 plants, showing their benefits, herbal use, contraindications and history, in addition to the Orixá corresponding to each one of them.
It also teaches how to awaken the plant spirit in magical use. You will see that life is a mystery and that we are here seeking to learn and teach through ancestral alchemy.
In these pages, the author presents science and spirituality joining hands in a synergism of action, to seek the complete remake of health, rooting plant knowledge, from history, medical theories, reports, to teachings of the Masters of Light.

Ears Carlos Ramon Souza Carneiro, Ramon, as he likes to be called, is a pharmacist, businessman and Umbanda fan. In 2011, he graduated from the State University of Ponta Grossa (UEPG) as a generalist pharmacist and became a specialist in complementary integrative procedures in the health sector, obtaining his diploma in 2022.
He states that with Umbanda he began to observe that humanity is much more than what the eyes can see, much more than science can prove and more complex than religion and spirituality show us, but he also believes that life is simple, as the Masters of Light teach us.
As a good son of Xangô, he understands that reason is something important, but as a son of Oxum, he understands that love is primordial, along with faith, always believing that spirituality and science should not be enemies, but companions, working together, one complementing the other
